1. Apply online or fill out and fax the necessary   documents to lock in your loan. You always have the option of floating your loan, locking in the interest rate is not mandatory.
2. Your loan will be submitted for loan approval.Loan approval takes between 24-48 hours.
3. We will make arrangements to have the property appraised. You may also use your own appraiser if you desire.
4. You will be notified about what documents will be needed for the loan process.
5. Your final loan documents will be drawn.
6. The final loan documents will be sent to a title or closing company locally for you to sign and close.
